Ruritan Forever Pin and Plaque

One of our residents recently received a Ruritan forever pin and plaque during a small ceremony with friends and family. Thomas Kleckley has been a Ruritan member for 30 years. He worked 20 years with the Juvenile Arbitration Program. He helped with scouts along with Zion Lutheran Church to decrease crime in the area and build a city park!
